The Mudie Cow mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is provided by Mudie Cow (“Mudie Cow”, “we”, or “us”). Mudie Cow reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service or its features at any time, without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may amend these Mobile Terms at any time. Consent and Messages
By subscribing to Mudie Cow’s SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Mudie Cow at the mobile number you provide, even if your number is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call registry. These messages may be sent via an automated telephone dialling system or other technologies and may include promotions, discounts, reminders, and other marketing communications.
Your subscription to this program is entirely voluntary. You are not required to enrol in this program to make purchases, and participation is not a condition of any transaction with Mudie Cow.
Charges and Fees
Mudie Cow does not charge for the Service. However, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile service provider, including text messaging rates. Message frequency will vary. Please check your mobile plan for applicable charges, and reach out to your provider for further details.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Simply text STOP to Mudie Cow or click the unsubscribe link provided in the text message (if available). You will receive a confirmation text upon opting out. No additional messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have enrolled in other Mudie Cow messaging programs, you will need to unsubscribe from each program individually, unless otherwise specified by applicable law.

Wireless carriers supporting the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You must provide a valid mobile number to participate. If you change your mobile number, you must re-enrol in the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mudie Cow is not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information via the Service, errors in such information, or any actions taken based on reliance on the Service.
