STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Please note, this policy may vary during promotional periods.

We want you to love your new fragrance! That’s why we offer two ways for you to experience our fragrances before committing to a full-sized purchase:

2ML SAMPLES

All of our 100ml fragrance bottles come bundled with a 2ml sample of the matching fragrance, allowing you to experience your new perfume before unwrapping the full-sized bottle.  After using the 2ml sample, you can decide to keep your purchase, or if you don’t want to commit, return the unopened, unused full-size bottle for a refund or store credit, within 14 days of receiving your order.

DISCOVERY SET

Our Discovery Set includes THREE of our signature scents in 2ml mini-atomisers, so you can experience them all before committing to a full-sized purchase. Please note, we do not offer refunds on our DISCOVERY SET, unless faulty, as this is a sample set for you to test all of our fragrances.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All of our products, except for the 2ml samples, are eligible for a refund or exchagne. Products must be in original packaging, unopened and unused to be eligible for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if items are returned late, used, or damaged in any way. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

The cost of return shipping at the customer’s expense is non-refundable. This includes purchases that have been returned to the sender due to incorrect address or failure to collect.

In the event of a return or exchange, please be aware that any free gift should be returned. If you fail to include the gift, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value of the gift from your refund.

STORE CREDITS

Store credits do not expire and can be used until the entire value has been redeemed.

FAULTY ITEM

If you believe you have received a fragrance with a manufacturing fault or the wrong scent entirely, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible or within 30 days at gillian@mudiecow.com.au with 2-3 clear photos of the issue. Our team will assess the situation and assist you with the next steps to resolve the issue. Please note that Mudie Cow does not accept returns for fragrances that have been damaged due to mishandling, exposure to extreme temperatures, or general wear and tear.
